Rangoli making from the 2010 Vancouver Celebrates Diwali arts and culture festival.

The Diwali Celebration Society commissioned this beautiful time lapse

video of the whole process of making this large 30' rangoli.

With the support of many volunteers, 250 lbs of rice were dyed so that visitors

could participate in "painting" the rangoli during the 6 hour arts and cultural event.
